Healthy Life style without Smoking

In this era, smoking has been become a habit by most people,
not only men but also women. If people have a serious problem, smoking may be used as the best way to run from the problem and to relieve their bad feeling. Smoking may be believed that it can give a pleasure
for the smokers. According to American Cancer Society (2014), a cigarette contains nicotine that causes pleasant
feelings and distracts the smoker from unpleasant feelings. It makes the smoker
to smoke again
and again. Nicotine also acts as a kind of depressant by interfering
with the flow of information between nerve cells. It makes the smoker be more
calm and carefree. But actually, smoking has many bad impacts in many aspects,
especially in health.
Cigarette can kill a number of people because it can
damage their body. Most of teenagers and adults think that there are no effects
of smoking on their bodies now, but the bad effects will come and attack their body until they reach middle age. According to Benjamin (2010),
tobacco smoke is so deadly because it is a toxic which mixes of more than 7,000 chemicals. Many of them are
poisons. When these chemicals get deeply into the tissues, they cause a serious damage. So,
the body must fight to heal the damage when smoking. Over time, the serious damage can lead many kinds of
diseases, such as heart attack, lung cancer, heart disease, respiratory disease,
and others. A Cigarette is so deadly, so people had better avoid and not try it.
Cigarette smoke is harmful not only for smokers but
also for non smokers in surrounding them. When nonsmokers live
together with smokers, nonsmoker will inhale the secondhand cigarette smoke. It
means that non smokers get the poison like smokers. Non smokers inhaling cigarette smoke
from smokers are called passive smokers whereas true smokers are called active smokers. According to
Mellisa (2011), secondhand smoke can increase risks of lung cancers by 20 to 30 percent. It means that passive smokers can get a higher risk
than active smokers. The cigarette is also dangerous for a pregnant mother. It
can affect
the fetus development and
cause a disorder for her baby. So, a pregnant mother had
better avoid and not
try smoking.
Healthy life style is better and more useful for the body than
smoking. If
people occur heavy smoking addiction, they
had better start to stop smoking.
There are some ways to
reduce and to
eliminate smoking
activity:
1) filling the day with
positive activities, such as painting, studying, playing football, cooking,
working, and others; 2) trying to solve the serious problem carefully
and share the problem to the
family
for asking the solution.
It can make good and carefree feelings; 3) replacing smoking activity with eating some fruits
after having lunch or dinner. A fruit, a good dessert, contains many vitamins
which are useful for the body.
Smoking is believed that it can make pleasant
feelings, but actually it can cause many bad effects
for health. It can cause
risks of many diseases such as heart attack, lung cancer, heart disease,
respiratory disease, and others. It is also dangerous for a
pregnant mother. Cigarette
smoke is harmful not only for smokers but also for non
smokers in surrounding
them.
Non
smokers can get a higher
risk than smokers. Healthy life style can be applied to avoid some of dangerous
disease from smoking and it is useful for the body.
