Being a teacher is an exact and noble career. Even, a teacher is often called ‘an unsung hero’. Being a teacher is a daunting task. Teacher should be wise in facing his students, because the students have different characteristics. Thus, teacher must know and understand their characteristics. Teachers are responsible to participate in solving their problem which relates school life and to develop their potency in reaching the best achievement. Being a teacher is not a bad career. Almost everyday, teachers teach and educate their students so their knowledge will increase. Talking about the salary, teacher salary is not too much like other professions, except teacher who belongs to government employees and permanent teachers who have worked for more 5-10 years. Therefore, being a teacher is a noble career.
